The Future of Shopping, Discuss? Over eight years, we partnered with Selfridges to help define and deliver a long-term transformation programme focused on how the business buys, builds, and communicates. Working closely with leadership, buying, and creative teams, our role spanned strategy, product development, sourcing, and storytelling. We supported the business to embed new ways of thinking into everyday decision-making, from the introduction of circular service models to large-scale cultural activations. 


This work helped position Selfridges as a leader in progressive retail, building internal capability while creating clear, credible, and imaginative ways for customers to engage with new models of shopping.
